 Black Dog Hot Rod's 55 Ford concept has become an in house reality for us.
 Welding in Aerostar front crossmember assembly.  The goals of this street rod's motor/trans location are low and rearward within reason. These will help
CG & polar moment while still considering appearance & access.
 Now the drivetrain configuration is complete.

 Follow their 55 Ford F100 design here as it takes on life.  Rolling chassis.  The trans crossmember to be cleaned & painted  Swap in an Aerostar crossmember front axle suspension. A stout weldment kit of 3/16" plate & 3/4" bolts w/lock washers. Designed for 48-64 F100 but will also fit 4X2 channel or tube frame of 34" wide. A 3" drop is evident with ways available for some to achieve 5" drop; $140 total to you in continental U.S.A. Our shopping cart is under construction; sorry for the delay! Please E-mail us.
